10. What Are The 5 Things You Say To Yourself Most Often?

In today’s episode we ask: What are the 5 things you say to yourself most often? We dive into self-talk while we compare and contrast the spiritual side of asking for what you want, and the tangible side of taking action on what you want.

Action Step: Take some time and think about the things you say to yourself most often? Are they negative and feeding you bad energy or are they positive, feeding you inspiration and confidence? How can you continue to feed that positive voice. Next ask yourself if you have been asking for what you want out of life. Have you written down your goals, spoken them out-loud and continued to speak good things out into the universe? Have you put those thoughts into consistent action? That right there, is your action step!
