37. 6 Simple Ways to EXPAND Your Comfort Zone

Instead of trying to “get out of” your comfort zone, try EXPANDING your comfort zone. In today’s episode Brett shares why he now prefers the word “expand”, when talking about comfort zones. Brett and Curtis then share 6 simple ways for you to start expanding your own comfort zone. This episode will give you all the tools you need to start feeling much more comfortable feeling uncomfortable.
